Romeo and Mia's love story spans four years, with reports indicating they started dating in May 2019. The couple celebrated their fourth anniversary in May, making their initial public appearance at Wimbledon in 2019. Their relationship reached another milestone when they made their red carpet-debut at the British Fashion Awards in 2021. In a testament to their connection, Mia shared that Victoria Beckham, Romeo's mother, offered valuable advice for their appearance at the British Fashion Awards. Mia expressed her appreciation, saying, "Even just talking about what I'm wearing with her, what nails and make-up I'm going to go for, it's nice to have that figure." The bond between Mia and Victoria goes beyond their connections. In 2022, they collaborated professionally and released a six-piece denim capsule for Victoria Beckham's fashion line. Victoria praised Mia's unique approach to fashion and styling and described the tablet as reflecting Mia's fun and daring personal style. Romeo and Mia have faced challenges despite their public moments of togethe ess, including a reported split in July 2022 attributed to distance. However, the couple reunited five months later, with Romeo confirming their relationship by posting a picture of Mia on his Instagram account.
