The Due South Tattoo Expo will take place in Biloxi this weekend.
Walking through Studio B in the IP Casino, you’ll see plenty of live tattooing from artists from across the country and artwork occupying every corner of the expo.
Eight years ago, Matt Stebly founded Due South in Ocean Springs. Twisted Anchor Tattoo is also owned by Stebly.
Mr. X started the expo in the hopes of growing the Coast’s tattoo business and connecting local artists. “The clients down here that don’t have the opportunity to travel all over the world to get tattooed by these guys, let them get the opportunity to get tattooed. So, it’s just something good for everybody.”
Live entertainment, tattoo contests and drag shows will be available at the expo. Tickets cost $25 per day.
