Megan Fox Removes Marilyn Monroe Tattoo After Disturbing Experience That Led to Firing by Steven Spielberg

Megan Fox is among the most desired and well-known actresses in the Hollywood trade. The actress initially did supporting roles in several reveals and movies until she acquired her breakthrough function in Transformers. The blockbuster franchise fully modified her life and introduced her into the significant leagues. In her early days, the actress was impressed by Marilyn Monroe and acquired a tattoo of the star.

Nonetheless, some years later, she eliminated the tattoo from her arm after going through an adverse occasion associated with her superhit movie.

Megan Fox got her Marilyn Monroe tattoo removed for a specific reason

Jennifer’s Body star shared in an interview with Marie Claire in 2009 about inking Marilyn Monroe on her arm and its significance. She shared,

“She was one of the first people I saw on television, like, literally moments after I was born. Every time I heard her voice growing up I would always cry. I wouldn’t know why when I was younger, but now have my own theories. I’ve just always empathized with her.”

However, the actress got the tattoo removed later when she learned about the tragedies in the lifetime of the actress. Fox felt like she attracted negativity in her life with the tattoo. She shared,

“I’m removing it. She was a negative person, she was disturbed…I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.”

For the unversed, Monroe had a tough childhood and had lived in numerous foster houses. She turned well-known for her picture of a dumb blonde in movies, which she disliked. She was laborious to work with in later years, and they were handed away in 1962, resulting from an alleged suicide. 

Megan Fox felt Monroe’s negative life affected her personal life

Megan Fox turned widespread with Michael Bay and Steven Spielberg’s superhit movie franchise, Transformers. She was a part of the primary two installments and was paired with Shia LaBeouf. Nonetheless, she was fired from the third installment by Speilberg, after her one interview with The Guardian, where she contrasted Bay to Hitler.

She had said,

“He’s like Napoleon, and he wants to create this insane, infamous madman reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really get pleasure from his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him. He’s vulnerable and fragile in real life, and then on set, he’s a tyrant. Shia [Labeouf] and I almost die when we make a Transformers movie. He has you do some really insane things that insurance would never let you do.”

At the time Fox’s departure was reasoned as her desire to take up other acting opportunities.
