At a thriving business on McKean Avenue in Donora, customers who enter are greeted by relaxing music, figurines of characters from animated movies and television shows like “Toy Story,” “Doug” and “Sailor Moon,” plants, and a small group of welcoming women. Alchemy Arts Tattoo was established in October 2021 by Lisa Black. The business focuses on being friendly to people who might be nervous about tattoos but are interested.
