Jennifer Lawrence was honest and open about her unusual scarring-like tattoo.
British Vogue interviewed the actor about the tattoo on his right hand, which was actually a symbol of water. She wanted to remind herself that she should drink more water.
It was also incorrectly drawn, she acknowledged.
It was something I should’ve done before having it tattooed permanently on my body. I know that the two is high, and in H2O the two is supposed to be low,” she told the outlet.
She added: “I was like, ‘Well I’m always gonna need to be hydrated, so I guess I should just get H2O on my hand’.”
The tattoo was completed by the 32-year-old during her work hours. The Hunger Games Together with Liam Hemsworth
Lawrence isn’t embarrassed by his tattoo disaster, but he keeps a sense of humor.
“I call this tattoo a watered-down rebellion because it’s not like a real tattoo. It’s the exact colour that a scar would use, making it the most straightforward tattoo one could have.
Lawrence is more patient with herself than ever over the years. X-Men reveal to Vanity Fair in 2021 that she felt she had become ‘overexposed’ and felt everyone had gotten ‘sick of her’.
Lawrence told the outlet how ‘nervous’ she felt about doing press for her film Don’t Look Up Cy was born after her marriage to Cooke Maroney.
The actor said that her four last films had been box office disappointments or failures.
She said: “I just think everybody had gotten sick of me. I’d gotten sick of me. It had just gotten to a point where I couldn’t do anything right.
“If I walked a red carpet, it was, ‘Why didn’t she run?’… I think that I was people-pleasing for the majority of my life. Working made me feel like nobody could be mad at me: ‘Okay, I said yes, we’re doing it. Nobody’s mad.'”
We are very fortunate to see Lawrence return on the big screen in Lawrence’s coming-of age drama later this year. No hard feelings.
