Scheana Shay and Lala Kent proudly showed off their new tattoos in tribute to their daughters in videos and snaps shared to their Instagram stories on Saturday.
In some of the clips, the 39-year-old reality personality had the first name of her daughter, Summer Moon, inked on her left bicep while spending time at a birthday party, while the Give Them Lala podcast host, 32, also got ink on her right arm.
Kent opted to get the first initial of her two-year-old daughter’s name, Ocean, whom she shares with ex-fiance Randall Emmett.
Fellow Vanderpump Rules cast member, Scheana, who was paired with Tom Sandoval for an ’emotionally draining’ meditation, donned an all-white outfit for the party that included a low-cut and sleeveless top.
Shay paired her top with a matching pair of athletic shorts that showcased her toned thighs and legs.
The Bravo star accessorized with several pieces of jewelry and several portions of her gorgeous brunette hair into several braids.
The actress shares Summer Moon, aged two, with her husband, Brock Davies.
Shay and her husband initially met during a music festival that took place in San Diego in 2019.
The reality television personality was married to Michael Shay from 2014 until 2017.
She eventually moved on with her current husband, with whom she went Instagram official in April of 2020.
The happy couple started a family with Summer Moon’s birth, which took place in April of 2021.
Shay and Davies, 30, subsequently held a wedding ceremony in Cancun that August.
The former of the two recently spoke to E! News, revealing that her child had become quite close to Lala Kent’s daughter, Ocean.
She stated: ‘I swear we watch these kids learn something new, say something new. I go away for a work trip for two days, and I come home, and I’m like, “When did you grow up?”‘
The reality television personality then expressed that her daughter was grateful for Ocean’s friendship.
‘It’s so fun just to watch them learn and figure out life, especially when they do it together, and they play off each other…it’s just so adorable,’ she said.
Shay concluded by stating that she had come to view Ocean as a surrogate daughter.
She noted that the children were ‘very much in sync. They’re the closest thing to twin sisters, and I love it. It makes me not need to have another kid anytime soon.’
