Buenos Aires’ tattoo artists admitted that they need to be more creative. Some fans have changed their original requests for traditional skulls or snakes to include football star Lionel Messi or the World Cup trophy.
“For two week, they have all be World Cup-related tattoos,” Esteban Tebi Cobra’ Vucinovich, tattoo artist told AFP.
“Some people were supposed take out snakes or skulls to change their appearance for Messi and the Cup. Two to three appointments are already set up for me each day.
According to a tattoo artist in Palermo, the World Cup trophy tattoo is the most sought-after at the moment. Also requested were tattoos with quotes from Messi and other players during the tournament.
